The red-brick museum building used to be the former Japanese Army's armory. Noted for its collection of works by Belgian artists from the end of the 19th century to modern times, this museum especially boasts surrealistic paintings including 'Tour Guide' by Rune Magritte and 'The Sea is Near' by Paul Delvaux, which are a must.
